Sarah

Sarah Douglas is a 2x Olympian in the sport of sailing. She made Canadian history with a 6th place finish at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and finished 8th place at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Sarah specialized in the women's single handed dinghy - ILCA 6 (formerly Laser Radial). She trains and competes around the world and in the World Sailing World Cup Series. 

 

Sarah is ​passionate about youth sailing, females in sport, and promoting an active healthy lifestyle.
